I’m Kalika Chitale
The founder and creative force behind Kalikaari.
Kalikaari was born in June 2021, inspired by my son who was just 2.5 years old during the lockdown. Like many families, we face challenges with limited social interaction. I noticed his frustration growing, and because he couldn’t quite express his emotions clearly, it was hard for me to understand him.
That’s when the idea for our first product, the Feelings and Emotions Flashcards, came about! I started creating these flashcards at home; teaching him different emotions and helping him find healthy ways to express himself. The results were amazing, and it fueled my passion to create more engaging and educational tools for young minds.
Our Feelings and Emotions Flashcards received a positive response on Amazon, encouraging me to explore another creative outlet – my love for art! This led to the creation of our step-by-step guidebook, “The Art of Mandala Drawing.” This self-published book features my own unique mandala designs, along with clear instructions for beginners to learn basic mandala drawing techniques.
We’re constantly innovating and developing new products at Kalikaari. While I can’t reveal everything just yet, stay tuned for exciting additions to our collection that will continue to spark curiosity, ignite imaginations, and make learning fun for young learners!
